Fermin brings deep experience in human resources, which includes consulting, corporate and academic roles across 40 countries in all continents. As a consultant he has advised major multinationals, large local companies, public sector organisations, and start-ups at the Board and C-Suite levels.

 

Topics that Fermín advises on include compensation, strategic HR, talent management and development, career planning, mergers and acquisitions from an HR perspective, building teams, global HR, education, public sector HR practices and HR Analytics. Fermín is also a founding member of The Advisors Collective which is a network of independent boutique consulting firms led by senior experts with proven track records at top consultancies.

 

Fermin currently serves on the Governing Council of the SIngapore Institute of Directors, where he co-chairs the Assessments and Professional Development Committee. He is also a member of the Board of the Singapore HR Institute, and of the Latin American Chamber of Commerce. He serves on the HR Committee of SPD, and is on the Global Advisory Council of World@Work.
