Fermin is an Adjunct Professor of Human Resources at the National University of Singapore, Nanyang Technological University, and the Singapore Management University, where he teaches Undergraduate, Graduate, and Executive programs. He has also been a member of the WorldatWork faculty for over twenty years in the US, Puerto Rico, Australia, the UK, Malaysia, India, Singapore, Indonesia, and Hong Kong.
Over the course of his tenure, he has been named “Faculty of the Year” and “Dean’s Teaching Honour List, Top Adjunct Faculty”.
