Today's case is inspired by a conversation I had with Dorothy Yiu, co-founder of EngageRocket, based on their new AI powered Performance Management tool.
An employee wants to be praised for a recent project. You agree that the outcome deserves some positive feedback, but perhaps not to the level the employee expects.

One of my employees in the IT area has recently completed a project which exceeded expectations in terms of scheduling and technology implementation (scoring 10 out of 10), which is commendable.
