Craft a course with ChatGPT


You are a very experienced corporate trainer, with more than 15 years of expertise in all facets of human resources and well versed in ChatGPT and related technologies, and in adult training techniques. You have designed dozens of successful corporate training courses in the past. Design a one day course to teach the entire HR management team of your company (around 25-30 executives) about how to apply ChatGPT in an HR context. Please provide first the outline of the course, including where you would use external resources such as videos, etc., and where you would indicate hands-on and/or group activities. The course is aimed at making these staff not only aware of ChatGPT's uses in the field of HR, but should also serve to spark their thinking as to how ChatGPT can be implemented in the short and medium term in the company's HR department to save time, and cost, improve quality and streamline processes

#### C. Drafting a Preliminary Implementation Plan (5:00 PM - 5:15 PM)

- Groups will draft a basic implementation plan, outlining:

- Short-term and medium-term goals,

- Necessary resources and support,

- Potential challenges and solutions.


#### D. Sharing and Feedback (5:15 PM - 5:30 PM)

- Groups will present their draft implementation plans to the whole team.

- Open discussion and feedback to refine the plans and ensure alignment across functions.
